1. What ScamGuard Pro is

ScamGuard Pro is an information, reporting and case-support platform. It is not a law firm, a financial institution, an investigator or a recovery service. ScamGuard Pro provides scam reporting, information and recovery-support services. Recovery outcomes depend on the circumstances of each case and cannot be guaranteed.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• One person, one account. Impersonating another person or an organisation is prohibited.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.

3. Reporting rules

• Report only incidents you personally experienced or witnessed.
• Do not submit knowingly false, malicious or retaliatory reports.
• Do not upload other people's personal data, credentials or unlawful content.
• Reports are allegations; we may label, correct, dispute or remove any entry.

4. Prohibited: recovery promotion

Advertising, offering, brokering or soliciting fund-recovery services anywhere on ScamGuard Pro — posts, comments, profiles or case messages — is strictly prohibited and results in immediate removal and account termination. Report it via report abuse.

5. Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you submit and grant ScamGuard Pro a licence to store it, review it and publish anonymised, aggregated intelligence derived from it in line with the privacy policy.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on ScamGuard Pro is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Always consult a qualified professional and report crimes to your local authorities.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". Database entries are user-submitted and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use them as one signal among several, not as a definitive verdict.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScamGuard Pro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from decisions taken on the basis of information published on the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or the community guidelines.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
